The bells are ringing!
If you haven't already noticed, bells are everywhere!. Sleeves and pants! Bell bottoms will always make their way back in the spotlight. however were starting to see bell bottoms with a little more pizzazz than the usual classic flair. Like a trend I'm kind of obsessing over...Fringe bottoms. This style may be weird...but weird is good.
